Q: My hard drive has failed. How can I recover the data?
A: Every DARMA product is equipped with RAID level 5. This means you have redundancy between drives. For more information on how to recover this data you can view our Data Recovery section.
Q: The link light on my NIC doesn't come on.

Q: I am running a peer-to-peer network. Can I still setup security for the users?

Q: I downloaded updates and followed the directions for installation.
When I restart the NAS server it does not display a new version.
A: You may have already had the latest version installed on the NAS server. If you were instructed to update the software by one of our support technicians: verify that you followed the directions for updating properly. If this does not solve the issue please contact us so that we can resolve this promptly.
